How to Setup Your Domain on CloudCodes for Business
2. Administration
2.1 OU (Organizational Unit):
To create OU go to CloudCodes for Business Dashboard → Administration → OU
The admin can add, update or delete the Organizational Units by double-clicking on the any OU
With the help of OU, the admin can create the groups according to the departments present in Organization
OU allows admin to add users to a particular unit that they belong to
Note: In the case of G Suite, OU structure will sync from G Suite admin console.

2.2 Users :
To create the users go to CloudCodes for Business Dashboard → Administration → User

A) To create individual user in CloudCodes for Business
Click on the Add User button

To create a user, the admin has to fill in the details of the user

2.1 Allow Provisioning means the user will be created in selected application with the uploaded data
2.2 User Role: Three user roles are- User, Super Administrator, and User Administrator
- User is End User without Admin rights
- Super Administrator is the admin having all admin rights that an admin is having
- User Administrator is the admin with the particular admin rights provided by Super Admin
3. Editing the user details, resetting password and deleting users can be done by the admin from right panel action field

B) To create user through CSV
Click on Button ‘Import user CSV.’

To upload CSV, the admin can create or edit the CSV file with user information and edit the information accordingly and upload the File

The admin can take multiple actions like deleting the users, Activate or Inactivate the users, Update mobile number, change password and update password for existing users
“Allow User Provisioning” option provided to Admin to perform selected action in selected Application and CloudCodes for Business
Select the CSV file from your system. Admin can download sample CSV & Headers of CSV file that must be same as per the sample CSV
Click “Upload” to upload the CSV file to CloudCodes for Business Console
User information will be saved and updated in CloudCodes for Business Console
2.3 Domain
To add new Domain- go to CloudCodes for Business Dashboard → Administration → Domain
The Admin can add multiple Domains in CloudCodes for Business from here.
For Instance, if the organization has 2 Cloud Application domains for different purposes like 1 for G Suite and other for Dropbox
Here the admin can configure both domains to CloudCodes for Business Console
Verify the domains at the time of adding to CloudCodes for Business Console

2.4 Apps
To add Apps go to CloudCodes for Business Dashboard → Administration → Apps
In Apps, it is mandatory for the admin to configure Cloud-based applications (e.g., Office 365, Dropbox, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) on CloudCodes for Business Console.
In Apps, Admin can do
Configuration: used for configuring the Cloud-based application to CloudCodes for Business Console. Here admin needs to enable each Cloud-based application

Applications: Here the admin can enable and disable the Applications and Child applications of the respective applications are listed. The admin can directly use the action buttons to enable, disable or edit the applications on the fly

- Domain Mapping- Here the admin needs to map particular domain for particular application

- User Mapping- The admin must map CloudCodes for Business ID to respective application ID. User mapping can be done either user based or OU based. In OU mapping, CloudCodes for Business ID and application ID should be same; then only the OU mapping will work.

2.5 Devices
Devices section provides administrators a wide view of the laptop, desktop and mobile devices used by the users in the organization.
The Device section includes-

Pending- In this section, the admin can view the request received from the users. Here the admin can also approve or reject the device request with the help of Action Buttons
Approved - In this section, the admin can view the approved devices. From here the admin can add the device by clicking on ADD DEVICES button. With the help of ADD DEVICE button if the admin has Mac address of user's machine then an admin needs to just map that mac address with a user ID.
In approved tab, the user can also add the devices in bulk through IMPORT DEVICES in CSV format for Mobile and Desktop Devices.Rejected- The admin can view the rejected devices.
Inactive - In this section, the admin can view all the inactive devices
2.6 Compliance:
This is a part of Data Loss protection (DLP), from where the admin can define the security categories

The admin can add security compliance - PHI, HIPAA, PII, PCI categories internally depending on complexity implemented with the organization domain. Including Categories, the admin can add the subcategories to add up network security level for the company.
If required the admin can define their company compliance category including subcategory.
Go to Administration > Compliance → Click Add →- Click on ‘+’ icon to define your compliance

2.7 Sharing
The admin should define three sharing rules- Competition Domain, Whitelist domain and Personal Domain
Competition Domain- The admin can define the Competitor’s domain

White-list Domain- The admin can define domain name to share the data across

Personal Domain: The admin can define the personal domain name like as Gmail, Yahoo and so on

2.8 Directory
The admin can integrate with Microsoft Active Directory with CloudCodes for Business. With the help of this policy, the users will authenticate with AD password to login to CloudCodes for Business. In this case, company’s Active Directory will become Identity Provider
To register the AD with CloudCodes for Business, click→ Register AD

Fill in the server details. This policy can be applied either on OU based or user based
